Superior powders for superior coatings

Composed of nickel (Ni) or cobalt (Co) or a combination of both, MCrAlY powders are the foundation of gas turbine hot section thermal spray coatings. To create them, we use the industry’s most advanced Vacuum Induction Melting / Argon Gas Atomization (VIM/AGA) technology. The result is high-purity, low-oxide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) approved powders that produce superior high-temperature oxidation- and corrosion-resistant coatings.
